Individual and telephone consults

One-on-one nutrition counseling is available for members to help them manage ongoing conditions related to nutrition such as diabetes, heart disease risk, digestive problems, or abnormal laboratory values. You can expect help in creating a personalized eating plan that will fit your life and your goals. You do not need to be referred by your provider to see the dietitian.
