About our Classes
If you are at risk for heart disease or want to learn how to eat well for overall heart health, our dedicated team of dietitians offer several classes where you can learn the most important lifestyle habits to maintain and improve your health. Classes are available in-person or online. Children ages 16 and older can attend with a parent or parents of children can attend. Current classes are listed below. If you have type 1 or type 2 diabetes or at risk for diabetes, our dedicated team of diabetes educators will help you control blood sugar, make wise food choices, and learn the most important lifestyle habits to maintain and improve your health. Diabetes Learn to Take Charge - Join us for this 2-part class to learn about daily self-care, controlling blood sugar and making wise food choices.
